The Chen family will be hosting a memorial service to celebrate the life of Dr Patrick Chang Chen. The Chen family respectfully requests that all attendees wear masks during the indoor service. Take the N train to the 30th Avenue (Grand Avenue) station. It is a block away from the church entrance at 30-55 31st Street.
By Bus:
Take the Q102 or Q18 bus to the corner of 31st Street and 30th Avenue.
