Bringing an outside guest?
Guests Permitted
- Eligible Morton West Students Grades 10-12 and East Sophomores
- Students from different schools with permission from school and parent
- Persons 20 years old and younger with valid state ID.

Dietary Restrictions
Only fill this form out if you have a diet restriction. The main course is a chicken dish with sides and is gluten free.
Ticket Sales
To purchase a ticket, bring your ID to the cashier before school, during your lunch, or after school. Every student attending must purchase their own ticket for check-in purposes. Ticket Prices -April 12th-May 3rd $95 -May 6th-May 10th $110 TICKET SALES END MAY 10TH NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
IF YOUR ID# IS ON THIS LIST YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO GO TO PROM & NEED TO APPEAL. To appeal, make an appointment in 312 w/ Ms. Davila or Ms. Chacon.
Bus Transport to Prom
Only fill out if you plan to ride bus!
Prom Royalty Nominations
Nominate yourself for Prom Court. Prom Court Voting will take place May 13th-15th and Prom Court will be announced May 16th.
