Laurie F. Hall, PLA, ASLA
Laurie F. Hall, PLA, ASLA is a Senior Director of Landscape Architecture at CHW Professional Consultants. With nearly 17 years of experience and dual credentials as a Registered Landscape Architect and Certified Arborist, she has managed and overseen a wide range of commercial, multi-family residential, community planning, and campus projects. Laurie’s expertise in site design, project management, public facilitation, construction documentation, and construction administration services creates functional and beautiful shared spaces.
Director of Surveying + Mapping
A. Kevin Smith, PSM, CH
A. Kevin Smith, PSM, CH, Director of Surveying + Mapping is a licensed professional surveyor and mapper (PSM) and certified hydrographer with over 11 years of experience. He is one of seventeen professional land surveyors to obtain the Hydrographer Certification in the State of Florida. Kevin has experience managing both large-scale and small-scale civil and utility construction projects, subsurface utility engineering, and hydrographic survey operations working both in the Public and Private sectors.

Randall S. Olney, PE
Randall S. Olney, PE, serves as the Director of Engineering for the Land Development department at CHW Professional Consultants. He has over 19 years’ experience in many realms of civil engineering, including stormwater analysis, design, and modeling, as well as site design, utility design, and site permitting.

James K. Harriott, Jr., PE
James “Jim” Harriott, Jr. P.E., services as CHW’s Director of Engineering, Transportation Department. Jim has over 25 years of professional engineering experience, a wealth of knowledge in the public transportation field with specialties in Public Works, Environmental Protection, Facilities, Solid Waste, Resource Recovery, and Growth Management. His extensive management experience with public entities and history of guiding multi-disciplined teams makes him a key leader for CHW's offering.
Director of Human Resources + Administration
Becki Sabis
Becki Sabis serves as CHW’s Director of Human Resources + Administration for our Gainesville, Jacksonville, Ocala, and Fort Myers offices. She is a leader in the field with over twenty years of experience helping us navigate the complex human resources and insurance spaces. Becki oversees all aspects of human resources, accounting + bookkeeping, all administrative and non-technical staff, and office operations
